WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Please bring all project plans, blueprints or drawings. If you do not have any plans, please take measurements of the space. If you have architectural specifications, please bring those. If you have already selected the flooring, tile, paint or wallpaper, please bring samples or swatches. Photographs of the project and of other spaces in your home are also very helpful. Finally, please bring the names and the phone numbers of your architect or designer, builder or general contractor, and plumbing contractor. If your builder has given you an allowance, please inform us.


CAN I PURCHASE THE MATERIAL MYSELF?

Yes, you can purchase the material yourself for your own project.


HOW QUICK WILL I RECEIVE PRICING?

Typically, we will get pricing back to the project manager/customer within three to five business days after the appointment, depending upon the size and complexity of the project. Drawings and price quotations for custom cabinetry will take longer. If you are purchasing through your contractor, we will provide the pricing to your contractor.


DOES OASIS INSTALL?

OASIS does not have an installation crew and we do not subcontract installations. We can recommend trained professionals who will complete and meet the expectations for your project.


DO YOU HAVE A PLAY AREA FOR CHILDREN?

Our showrooms do not have designated play areas for children. Because we have some functional displays, we recommend that you do not bring small children with you into the showroom. If you do bring children with you, you are fully responsible for their safety and for their behavior.


DOES OASIS STOCK THE PRODUCTS IT DISPLAYS?

We do carry a large inventory of showroom products. However, because of the great variety of available products, today, it is impossible for us to stock everything. Special order products normally take three to four weeks to arrive. Custom shower doors, cabinetry & countertops and other long-lead-time items may take up to twelve weeks to arrive.


WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Certain custom products are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Other products may be canceled or returned. Restocking charges may apply. It is very important that measurements are confirmed as accurate before your order is placed.


WILL OASIS DELIVER TO MY HOME/ JOBSITE?

Yes, our fleet of trucks will deliver your material to any job site in the area. A delivery fee may apply. Ask your account representative for details and scheduling.


WHAT IF I SEE SOMETHING IN A MAGAZINE AND WANT TO ORDER A PRODUCT OF THAT IDEA?

Cut out the picture of your dream kitchen or bath and bring it with you. We want to help find everything for your project!
